The room is well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a spacious private bathroom, perfectly located in the mountains in a central area.

plenty of parking spaces available, with baby cot. pool and fitness area were ok.

hotel has certainly seen better times and could urgently need a renovation. carpet in the corridors is wavy, in the rooms it is full of stains. the staff partly did not look very well maintained. there were three of us, we only had two shower and towels in the room. at the reception we were first given a shower towel with big light brown stains - not very appetizing.

The breakfast was free and included. I loved the room with a king bed, the bed was comfortable. Decent location in a convenient area, all was perfect. What's more, it was not far from restaurants, shopping and airport, and more outlets.

The location of this place is wonderful and perfect for exploring the area.

Pleasantly surprised by our rooms featuring 2 queen beds. the staff knew their stuff and were pretty cool. everything was top-notch and we'd definitely book here again 🌟.

The beds were most comfortable and the rooms were cleaned and well equipped with the necessities.

My stay would have been better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, or snacks. A small microwave in the room would have been a plus. More TV stations would have also been nice. I am also alergic to pets and did not know that certain rooms were pet-friendly.

space in the rooms and quality of the taps in the bathroom. fresh water at the reception is very appreciable, sports area and 2 swimming pools are a plus too.

Lack of cleanliness of the carpet. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned (I found socks from previous tenants under the bed and a door-opening card in one of the drawers) even though the sheets were clean and beds well laid out. 2 towels for a family of 4, that's a bit tight too (I asked in vain). flat also on the maintenance of the outdoor swimming pool (many leaves and bugs in the water when we were there).

The room was spacious and modern with a large bed, the staff was exceptional, and the location was convenient and comfortable in a beautiful area.
